Who is eligible for Free Shipping?
Every Customer is eligible for free shipping and no limit in amount order quantity.

What is the total delivery time for my order?
The delivery time for your order is determined by two factors: Processing and Shipping. Processing is the time between submitting your order and when the item leaves the warehouse. For most items, processing time is done usually completed in 1 business days for small parcel and 1-2 business days. Shipping begins when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at the selected delivery destination. We send an email with tracking once your order has shipped.
What should I do if the tracking number I receive is not working?
It can take 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be registered if tracking Status shows nothing contact.
What are the shipping methods available?
For most products only standard shipping is available: 4 business days
Is bulk shipping (single ship address) available?

Where can orders be shipped?
currently ships to:
- 50 states
- Some items may have restrictions that prevent shipment to AK, HI or CA
*We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico or island territories.
*We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to size constraints.
